This policy explains how Vancouver Market Events handles personal information collected through this website, including vendor applications and contact inquiries.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through our vendor application and contact forms. This may include your name, business name, product category, email address, phone number, website or social profile, table interest, and any information you include in your message or application description.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review vendor applications, communicate about markets and participation, respond to inquiries, manage event-related communication, and improve our website and services.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space at any event. We may contact applicants about suitable market opportunities and related event information.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website or manage event communications, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, safety, or operations.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, our recordkeeping needs, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party services, including Instagram. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Vancouver Market Events is not responsible for those third-party practices.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact us at hello@vancouvermarketevents.ca.
